12 Bottles - 2019 'Francoise' Rose

The Françoise is a light and easy drinking Rose, with strawberries and watermelon on the nose. It is a dry, savoury wine – lightly chilled; it is the perfect companion to a long summers lunch.

Palate – this wine has a palate of watermelon, roses and lemonade, but with a savoury seawater/oyster shell minerality and subtle creaminess in the background.

Food match – goes beautifully with fresh sashimi or smoked salmon, roast chicken or BBQ-ed game birds, like quail.
