12 Bottles - 2022 'Isabelle' Riesling

Constructed with finesse in a classic Alsatian style, this wine is pale bordering on clear with lifted floral and grassy aromas. The wine displays notes of white peaches, tinned mandarin, apricots, cut grass and flowers due to the shorter growing season.

Palate - clean and fresh and more acid driven than previous vintages, however it maintains fresh notes of spring blossoms and white stone fruits.

Food match - best matched with oysters and raw fish dishes such as kingfish ceviche.

Cellaring potential – Over the next 5 years this wine will develop gracefully, displaying more sugared candies and honey as it hits its peak in the next 4 year
