The Great Dividing Range stretches along the East of Australia and includes the towering sandstone pillars of the iconic Blue Mountains. These escarpments are what characterize the beauty of the Megalong Valley and gave us the inspiration for the naming of this wine.
The Rock & Pillar is a serious Rose and not an afterthought. Fermented in old oak barrels for almost a year, the result is a dry, savoury wine – lightly chilled; it is the perfect companion to a long summers lunch.
