Conditions
All rates at time of booking are based on number of guests. If groups occupy more bedrooms than number of guests, additional rooms will be charged a service fee of $50 per person, per night.
To secure a booking, a 50% deposit is required at time of booking via credit card, with the balance due and payable 7 days prior to your stay. Unless notified prior to 7 days from your stay, the balance will be deducted from the same credit card used to take deposit.
It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure adequate funds are available on their credit cards to cover the length of their booking.
Credit card details are kept on file until the completion of the booking. If guests use more than the allocated bedrooms, damage the property in any way or consume wine (on sale from the Dryridge Estate , guests will be charged accordingly.
With all EFT (electronic funds transfer) payments, total payment is required upfront. A credit card must be retained on file to cover loss or damage of property and items.
The person making the booking is responsible and accountable at all times and will be charged accordingly.
Where full payment has not been received for a specified booking 7 days prior, we reserve the right to cancel the booking, with any payments received be forfeited to Dryridge Estate™, and the intended dates released.
Where a booking is requested over a Friday, weekend rates apply.
Where cancellation of a booking is requested, a minimum of 30 days written notice prior to your accommodation commencement date is required to ensure that your payment is returned to you, less $50 administration fee (per property).
Where written notice is provided less than 30 days, your payment may be forfeited. In these situations, genuine attempts will be made to re-book for the same period of stay and where a re-booking can be secured, your payment will then be returned to you, less $50 administration fee (per property).
Where you do not arrive, all payments received to confirm your booking will be forfeited to Dryridge Estate™, and the intended dates released.
